Whatever they are, I can pretty guarantee a cookie cutter set of interview questions won't truly answer what you really want to know.For example, I have this feeling that "investor friendly agents" seems to mean to many new investors an agent who will crunch the numbers on "every" listing and give them sales and rental comps for everything.
