In looking at this several years later is your compounded return better than appreciation?

Some title companies are bowing to bank pressure and will refuse to insure title in re case of a double close.

From a quick and dirty compound interest calculation (assuming reinvested cash is fairly fluid), you would need to be getting 15% cash-on-cash returns to get to $7K/month in year 14.

However, with the predatory lending practices of current loans (COMPOUNDING interest at 6.8%-12%+) I think many bright people who would normally pay down their loans quickly and move on with life, are struggling to even make the minimum payments in our stagnant economy.  

Compounding cash flow is nothing new but it is for me. 

I already realized that I made a error with how the vinyl looks, and I'm afraid I'd be compounding the mistake if I tried to pick a laminate that looks like the vinyl. ( The lesson is never select something on how it looks in the Internet when you only have a few minutes.)3) Will it be too noisy to put laminate upstairs and stairs?

@Nelson J Castillo what I do is listen to podcasts and read books like secret,compound effect,how to win friends,etc just to keep that momentum.....stay focus!!!
