And this leads me to my point.These guys cost more, but they are also a free mentor/coach as well, at least prior to and during your project. 

Since syndicators do not make much money in the beginning (outside of the acquisition fee) they will rely on other income streams like; wholesaling, flipping as you mentioned and education/coaching which we have all seen pushed on YouTube, podcasts etc.

Don't pay for any coaching or mentoring, everything is out here for free.
