Funny enough, it's essentially the same with Century 21 where I'm licensed in Mass.

@Cameron HillebrandWell - I've never owned an old school masonry building, but there's multiple reasons that structures stopped being built that way in the early 20th century. 

Mid 20th century saw a cigarette company hire a marketing demon that convinced the women of that time that smoking cigarettes made them independent and glamorous, doubling their profits. 

There is also one the third Monday of every month in Latham at the century house called the action investors network.
