What REI events are you attending in Las Vegas?

Hello again!

I've been looking around for real estate investor networking/development groups and aside from the REIA and a couple of what appear to be small-time, not well organized groups on Meetups, I'm not finding much. I know @Jon Lee was holding some meetings at Outback Steakhouse on a monthly basis but I haven't seen a post for one of those in a while. I'm not against the idea of starting my own if there isn't a consistently good one with the proper atmosphere in place already but that is not my current intent. I'd like to hop into a couple of groups that meet regularly, encourages sharing/networking with one another, and no hard sales pitches or upsells. Any recommendations?
