I got a bottle of champagne and had a little party to celebrate... seriously, I did.The problem is that he let the propane tank run empty and didn't heat the house properly, so now there's a water leak from frozen pipes.

. :) LOLAs brokers, we get a job done: we get clients a home or investment property at a great price, or we sell a home for the most money, or we just get them their dream home in multiple offers, then we refer them a team of people to close the transaction, remodel the home, etc.I personally love to take my clients out to lunch or dinner to celebrate their purchase and answer the new questions they have now and assure them that I am still there after the deal is closed, that they can call me for years after the transaction with any questions.

Joel Owens I second your opinion 100%, Karen Margrave, Belinda Lopez, Mark Updegraff, Bill Gulley,I have learned that wholesaling is not new, however, when the words "wholesaling", "putting a property under contract" or "tying up a property" "selling the contract" are mentioned to 99% of agents/brokers and lawyers, they do not want anything to do with the transaction or me.
