Cash, Hard Money, HELOC, Private Money, Seller Financing, CC, BTC, the list goes on and on.

Or I can give you a link to my house’s taxes due for Harris county if you want to get your CC out. 

If you house hack with a 5% down of $15,000+cc of $7500 = $22,500.

I've worked hard to get my cc debts paid off and restore my credit score to the mid 750s.

Now on the receiving end if your tenant uses a debit card they can likely reverse the transaction like a CC I suppose so its not like ACH.   

BUT if you could somehow build it so I could add all of your recommendations to my cart with a single click and check out once (rather than enter my cc info on a bunch of different sites), then WOW that would be huge and I’d definitely use it and see tremendous value in thatHope this helps.

If you're looking for more cash flow, you will likely gravitate towards more C/C- areas as the relationship between rent and purchase price is higher in those area. 

I forgot the credit card company charge me a fee for issuing a credit besides paying fees for booking the CC charge.
