I have enquired with lender about in shifting title to a single member C-Corp, but they don't allow it "Bank’s charter does not allow it to purchase or own loans where the borrower is a corporation"

A couple big-time development projects has recently gone underway (expansions of  hyper-wealthy member clubs)we're looking to expand into a couple new markets, but we are entirely open to other locations.So I guess my questions are...1-is there a hands-down, by-the-numbers, best location in the US to invest in 2025?

The parent should have in its books a resolution authorizing creation of the child series, duly signed by the required members and the secretary. 

Assuming he would want to and could have one of his younger staff members help him clear the technology requirement ... just sayin!

Also, the home has some cast-iron piping that is mixed in with newer PVC piping.
