If the seller saw your post, what if they decided to sue you anyways for FRAUD BY INDUCEMENT?

I was bummed last time I logged in and found out they changed a bunch of features from the free version to the paid services.

You put a seller's home under contract without the intent or ability to perform.First, that's "fraud in the inducement". 

Steer clear of big companies - They are really only targeted to get bums on seats and thats how you end up with lousy tenants and a trashed property.......

The NOI slides but nothing comes out of pocket.When I had a tenant induce fire in an upper and water damage to the lower, I also got slammed with an eviction - - occupancy fell to 50%.

Personally I have found civilians to be a much easier group and I have had less ulcer inducing moments from civilians over the years.

I was so gungho, and bummed at the time I only got one but boy am I glad I didn't get both now.
