Sorry Bryan but Bill is correct on this one, it is possible to have more than one VA loan on a single certificate.

It had nothing to do with what fee's are, was not meant to bring down fee's, it was sellers remorse, greed, saying it's all done but I don't want to pay the bill I agreed to at start.

The "house hacking" you CAN do is with your GI Bill: GI Bill BAH is based on the zip code of your school, not based on where you live.
