For the most part after reading quite a bit of forum post, listening to Podcasts, reading blog post, and a few articles I'm familiar with the process.

I have read a few of the articles on here that have discussed how to analyze multi-family homes.I do have a couple of questions revolving around the financing.

I assume that once I am ready to roll out the attorney can adjust articles of incorporation to meet the purpose of company.

I would recommend the podcasts, they include great real world experiences and a ton of references to books, blogs, articles, forum sections and other podcasts.
