Usually there is an anchor mixed use commercial area near our purchases and the neighborhood is up and coming.  

Both facilities are intended to be used as manufacturing for their respective companies.I think Sacramento will continue to grow and thrive, anchored by the residential influences you are alluding to. 

Granted, this is not the same league as something with a big box national anchor, or a Class A office tower, but then I suspect most of the readers of this site aren't looking at that scale of investment.Small business, almost by definition, is largely "mom & pop", or purely entrepreneurial, and most fail within the first three years.

“Anchor” is a bonus – not necessary, but great to have.

One guy I follow called them an anchor on future growth.

.- Have your contractor quote LABOR only- Have your Scope of Work done BEFORE you have the contractor give a quote (because they get anchored off a higher price and it gets very hard for them to "lose money" if you decide to do less, leading to inflated prices if you strip away items.- Don't touch stuff if you don't have to. 

Moving Forward: I told the news anchor that investors and landlords have come away from today's ruling relieved that we can no longer be threatened into insolvency.

Maybe the end unit has come available or a better part of the center next to the anchor for more foot traffic at the same rent price.
