I am using a flat fee so no realtor.

However, since this is the first time I am using a builder to build a whole house (I have done renovations using builders) , I surely need input from this forum on what should be on my watchlist.

But, I am super excited to be receiving calls it is starting to feel like a business and I WILL sign my first deal within a month.I am using Vumber.com, I am military and have an out of state area code so I wanted a local number and I also got an 877 number.

You said "$3,500 - Monthly Rent (both units if I was not living in one)"  When you buy a Duplex and are living on one side I would certainly figure that I should factor in a rent for the side I am using.

Hi ClarissaI am using a mix of AgentPro and the county websites to find the info necessary.  

My husband and I are on a quest to get into real estate so he could quit his job and pursue his dream of opening a music recording studio.

Am using (I think) pretty conservative numbers. 

I am using them for the first time, I like them so far but wanted to get feedback on your experience before going deeper with the rent collection.

I am using a FHA 203k so that is partly why it took so long.
