@Paula Samuel ,I think there will continue to be disruptions in the short term furnished rental market, both through technology, legal changes, etc., and I don't think that's stopping any time soon.

There are many who say real estate investing is borderless when using technology.  

These techniques are as old as the agencies themselves, there aren't any new secrets or methods but technology has certainly come in to play as well.Again, it's not just an interest rate risk that gets a note called, there can be many issues with all loans that carry the acceleration clause.

With modern technology, emails, scanning and telephone calls I have handled from a distance two repairs, and re-signing of the lease.You just might want to consider managing the property yourself if you possibly can.
