@Steve Maginnis   Landlords will most likely begin their search with queries such as "Property management companies Charlotte NC", or "Best Property management companies near me" so its always a good idea to have a presence there.

It is located near downtown Durham NC and it seems every flip i see in the area has the kitchen relocated to the front, and seems to be the expectation around here.
