An engineer can help you with all of this.If you don't know of any good engineers in the area, try calling the local township office to see who is the township's engineer.

Hi all -- I recently purchased 13 acres and built a 10K SF warehouse/office space for my business.I'm looking to begin developing the rest of the land with some contractor garages.

I talked to a mortgage loan officer and they say my best option is to cash out refinance, in order to pay back my family member.

Sucks I know, but you can call the local housing office and ask them directly for an answer.

I feel that for a single person or a couple, this would not be a dealbreaker as one room could be used as the main bedroom and one as an office/personal space.
