I just got 950 for a 2br top floor duplex. 800 for a 1 br in EAST Clev. 

I assist hundreds of clients from across the country and they seem to enjoy the southern/middle part of the country; markets like Tennesse, Arkansas, Texas and even Oklahoma.

Seeking more rentals around DFW and East Texas.

There are several other suburbs east, south and west that are benefiting from everything the metroplex has to offer at a much easier entry point where rents keep up much better.

@Aaron Montague Yea it actually seems like sometimes the numbers actually work better for lower income than middle income.
