I am wondering if there is a mastermind or accountability group centered around younger individuals investing in real estate?

We have a small little Master Mind group that we try and meet with at least monthly if you are interested?

A coaching plan and mastermind will give you opportunities to partner with people, learn a lot and accelerate your investment program. 

I don't know if you have heard of Ryan Pineda but he's based in Vegas and I'm pretty sure he has a mastermind out there.

I've been investing there for three years now and meet up with a weekly mastermind group of out of state investors investing in Ohio.  

Also, I agree with Chris about note investing - tons of unique strategies just within this niche, even with limited capital: one of our mastermind members just took down a package of 5 NPL 1st liens for $8.5k (I facilitate acquisitions from USMR).

Our branch is brainstorming a Mastermind Event for our business partners to attend and would love some feedback on good value add topics.

Do you offer team meetings, masterminds, lunch & learns, etc?

I would network a lot and join masterminds, join the local Real estate meet ups and even promote yourself on Instagram that you are a real estate investor.

It might be worth chatting and starting a mastermind to problem-solve?
