Thank you for pointing that out.By the way, my 30k came from an online business I had for a year, and I feel the pain of putting down 20% on my house, but it enables me to live close to campus for free and put a little extra cash in my pocket at the same time.Now I am just looking for creative ways to make money in real estate and avoid those 8 dollar an hour jobs.thank you for your response!

By having the bill come to me, I know as soon as it can be known that water was overused and I have control of the payments and prevented liens from non-payment.A midway approach I have seen attempted (mostly with great pain) is to have the bills come to you, but make the tenant responsible as per the lease.

I have also had to deal with identifying and evicting deadbeats and causing enough pain for the criminals that had been hanging around to make them go elsewhere.
