While they Could be fishing for something, if you have the property under contract then you should be protected.

I would think if you've gotten a deal under contract and you're fishing out a deal that you didn't use the contractor that the investor uses, then maybe you'd have to go back and negotiate (I guess that's why its important to have a well established relationship with the investor and how he works eh?)?

Manhattan Beach,  LAX is 10 minutes away and need I say more about CA beach's If you like more out doors stuff like hunting and fishing  Oregon coast has some well priced close proximity to water properties.. and 1 hour to pdx  Northern Cal Coast is Awesome up by the redwood areas  but kind of remote. 

@Elizabeth ZunigaYou don't include enough information for anyone here to help you out, except to say that anytime you have to pay a fee in advance to get a HML, the deal stinks worse than 3 day old fish.

For example:  I occasionally fish with someone who does carpet  at times customer changes their mind after install and doesn't like color or whatever generally I get it free or may give him a few bucks for it if I need it ,and pay him to install if he's not busy. 

This will increase if the access is difficult, as in finished ceiling in basement, multiple floors, lots of wire fishing or drywall cuts.

Though the contact number may be under my nose so far I was only able to reach a phone number that has an electronic message to all callers including an email address to which I have not received and reply as of yet...I googled of course but so far fishing nothing but dead ends. 

and no we fish in the same pond so your not my target investment you could not produce near enough return for me to be remotely interested :)  But I do refer investors to very well run syndicators on occasions and I completely disagree with you on the small crowd funding investments I think ( no I KNOW) once the rules change this is going to be huge and a great deal for the small investors AS LONG AS THEY CHOOSE the best in Breed like Bryan Hancock talks about..

I should find out where my next assignment will be this summer and possibly move in the fall/winter.I enjoy doing things outdoors (i.e. hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking) with my family.
