I have a question about the format that the forms are available in.  I

I learned the lesson that WHO you invest in is far more important than WHAT you invest in.

and since HUD rent in most of these markets i was in.. is higher than market rent.. even if they did not pay the co pay it was still higher than market rent.. when i sold one of my props ( i sold them all in 2013.. 

I want to start buying and holding rental properties.I have one rental that is paid for that is worth $125k and the home I live in is also paid for worth $225-250.

Please advise what you would recommend and what types of properties to invest in.  I
