Please take everything I say with a grain of salt.

I even had one of those "picnic" salt and pepper shakers you can buy for $1-$2 in a grocery store.For me, I think a coffee maker is almost mandatory, lol. 

I am basically taking their numbers with a grain of salt like I would on a foreclosure deal.

@Zoltan FagyalMy advice however take it with a grain of salt...I'm in Texas operating under Texas law...In Texas, we use a 3-day notice to pay the rent or quit...14 days seems crazy to me, I'm not sure why MA law gives the tenant so much time.  

I believe you can make an attorney the agent for your LLC and his/her business address would show up on the LLC registration but I have never done that so don't take that advise with a grain of salt.

After the first snowfall , and its all plowed he has to make 3 trips every 24 hours to monitor , salt and touch up .  

Because the customer cant and wont pay to check the properties twice a day to re salt or plow drifting snow . 

Any advice you receive on here is only "opinions" and should be taken with a grain of salt. 

I personally don't want the government telling me I can't buy a large soda, or put salt on my food, what kind of car to drive, etc.

That being said I'm not sold on my PM so take all this with a grain of salt.
