What are the minimum days you have to rent it per the city/county?

What I learned from the rental was the due diligence importance of finding the right tenants.

The premiums didn’t make sense compared to the other options I found for the two properties I moved off this policy, nor did they align with the rates I have for other properties in my portfolio that are not on this policy.I’ve shopped this policy extensively across multiple companies and brokers.

If I gave my number and got it accepted I'd still be nervous, but I'd definitely pull the trigger on the deal.I feel I'm being reasonably cautious without having any recent comps and because the one house in the neighborhood currently on the market is about $15k below his estimated ARV despite being slightly larger.

Once you have ran through about 3 months or so of this and penciled out 50-100 deals for fun, I would talk to a local agent and start the process of looking.
