I have no intention to trick any sellers or to be dishonest with them.  

Technically, you should have to do that since all inspectors are required to be licensed in the state of IN, but that doesn't stop some from being dishonest.

Not to mention dishonest and possibly illegal, if you are misrepresenting your insurance policy for your own convenience.

Also would be dishonest from the builders standpoint considering they are marketing it as a investment type property fully knowing that the reigns will he handed over to a different governing body once this last unit sells.

I realize there is an intent to occupy clause and don’t want to be dishonest on that, but is occupy the same as actually living there, or can I use it as an office/storage unit to meet that requirement?

The truth is in any industry we have bad actors and wholesaling is one that gives a person the opportunity to be dishonest or they are ignorant.

I don't want to pay the full asking amount on this recent job because I know his charges are dishonest and severely inflated. 

With that in mind a dishonest contractor can use this bidding method to make more money.
