As far as I can remember, the city itself was the place you'd go for work or pleasure... sports, arts, theatre,  shopping. 

An appraisal isn't an exact science, there is art to it as well. 

"Wholesaling" is the art of screwing sellers out of equity without them realizing it, all the while the FRAUDS are telling the sellers how they are doing them a favor. 

I feel like agents could show a home and host an art gallery of furniture at the same time!

Inside, we have a copy of the signed lease, condition reports, city specific information, menus from local restaurants, garbage schedules, appliance manuals, if you need it as a tenant or a resident of the town it is in there.One tip, it really helps if you have Adobe Acrobat to combine all the different documents as a digital binder and then number it.
