My wife was her Realtor to sell her house and buy another.

I have 65 doors in New Mexico that have stackable Washer/Dryer hook-ups and I currently only have about 15.  

When my neighbor called and explained that the list of documents being requested had been sent in numerous times the rep apologized and said it was her fault for the redundant requests.

So while I was here I have been looking for deals to buy when I get back, however, I am not seeming to find the best deals on trulia, etc.

I'd say my rents are a little lower than a big apartment building for starters but the units are nice, all (even the studio) have washers and dryers in them and we have a nice little community feel here.

In my 4plex previous owner was leasing 1 dryer and 1 washer by paying $150/month and also sharing income (quarters, it was coin operated).

I charge for the washer/dryer in my multifamily.

Biggest items were plumbing related (toilets, faucets) or washer/dryer or AC unit related.

Add washer/dryer for extra income.
