California has some of the highest income and corporate taxes in the country (regardless of brackets), highest housing to income cost ratios, 13th worst K-12 education, worst homeless population in the country, and an over regulated political/legal environment to name a few- The government continues to take our money and provide little in return, poor education, poor roads, traffic, and transport systems (high speed rail failure), failing social services (rampant homelessness), poor oversight (EDD Fraud).

People need to be transported there for a good reason. 1)Maybe a company is moving there or they need workers for some kind of especial mine. 2)I have been to Bakersfield myself, it is a desert not that many stores, and a forgotten town of California near Route 66 but that might change.

This helps me avoid areas that flood, areas near RR tracks and industrial sites, shows me the good school districts and how close a property is to transportation.
