It annoyed me because I get too many unwanted sales text as it is, but I was doubly annoyed by the familiarity expressed in the e-mail. 

And you'll be more likely to be "pleasantly surprised" (make more money than projected) than "unpleasantly surprised" (make less money, or lose money).

I will be using the service for the purpose of locating homeowners with vacant and unwanted homes that are hard to locate.

I had to hire and fire throughout the process for many unpleasant reasons.

And a lot of people do ask.Agree that being honest is good, but having a way to buy some time or break unpleasant news is also helpful.  

I wanted to start a discussion where individuals can connect and share unwanted leads, and others connect with those who have them. just because a lead doesn't fit one person's criteria, doesn't mean that it doesn't fit someone elses!

I do think there will be a second wave as the big boys sell off unwanted low value or otherwise distressed collateral assets from their portfolios. 

ESAs are generally scams, look it up.If I were the OP, I would do everything I could - legally - to make their stay in your house unpleasant and short.

Some people did it years ago with no problems and some people are getting unpleasant letters in the mail.  

And this cuts back on unwanted repetition.
