There are many ways, ranging from seller financing, rent to own, master leases with option, long term triple net lease etc.The main obstacle to all these wonder methods is the seller doesn't need the money right away.

I wouldn't go super big in a different market unless it was probably a triple net commercial dealor a trailer park which I seem to find fascinating for some reason.Bottom line to answer the question is military and our friend with the team
