Also the sewage in the basement needs to be snaked out.  

Seems like an increasing amount of REIAs are turning into homes for snake oil salesmen.

Likely they didn't last by snaking deals.

This Brian Kuzdas character is a complete snake oil man in my opinion.

If there is any chance of poisonous snakes, fix the foundation on that so it is solid and snakes can't get underneath and strike at the tenant's feet as they stand at the door.

So, when I have to snake a drain because they've poured cooking oil down the sink, I remind them of our chat and point out it's also in the lease.  

A snake is a snake no matter what he calls himself.

I'd be ok with lizards, but not snakes.
