No teeth in at all and if you modify it to offer to sell at some price that can be determined, you're back to an installment sale situation.

Your screening process is what I call the "tattoo's to teeth ratio" ( I kid, I kid). 

A poorly done paint job is worse than not painting at all.amen. prepping those old wood cabinets is key. i've redone my kitchen by sanding (not very heavy) the cabinets down, then applying primer (2 coats), then some semi-gloss Sherwin Williams urethane trim enamel with great results: https://www.sherwin-williams.c...  

In fact, I did some research that of course is NOT a statistically verifiable example, and found that in the few instances I researched the wholesalers claiming huge earnings were LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH.

With gold though you at least have something as long as someone wants gold teeth, rings, necklaces etc.
