Some roofs don't have venting, spray foam is installed in the roof joists and the roof will stay cold without venting. 

There was spray paint on the walls, no appliances, holes in walls where copper piping was taken.

Sure spray painting the walls is annoying but some paint and new carpet will fix that with either sealing or replacing the subfloor.  

Either sign up with the pest control company or spray on your own for regular ants, spiders etc. otherwise it gets out of hand sometimes.Hope this helps.

Putting plenty of water from a spray bottle and letting it soak in is the way to go.

I carried out his mattress and then sprayed the heck out of his box spring and around the room (and apartment) with my own pesticide.

There is definitely no sealer on the inside of the concrete walls as tested with spray bottle.

Caulk and spray foam all of the heat leaks the thermal camera finds.When was the last meter reading, or are they just estimating until they can get back there and make an in person reading (???)

Less wear-and-tear from ocean spray and wind, not as noisy, less foot traffic, probably lower in crime.
