The fact that there was a PM who has not inspected the property in over 10 years, the tenant whose name was on the lease was not the occupant but a relative of the tenant and had been disruptive and a problem for years (ie could have been evicted pre-covid)....the PM would definitely be on the list of people to take to court along with the original tenant who sublet and the person living there.
