inspect for a leak based on what they tell you and fix it as well as anything damaged by it (paneling, drywall-in that area only, and only if damaged).

I haven't had any experience monetizing storage space, but I'm interested to see if anyone has any input on the solar panel option.

Hi - I've got a 1950s rental home in Tacoma that I'd like to have the panel replaced and am looking for a good reasonably priced electrician if anyone has a suggestion.  

A lot of these units may have updated electrical panels and some piping replaced with copper or pvc for drains but I still notice quite a bit of older wiring and piping mixed with newer stuff.

Was told porch may need to be opened up for the legalization process. 100 Amp service with two new electrical meters/panels and wires to each unit.

We took down some awful paneling in the living room as well, so some new drywall.

My roof is 30 years old and even with solar and other inspections it is holding up.  

We knocked down walls and created an open floor plan, removed the popcorn ceilings, replaced dated wood paneling with sheet rock, and installed hardwood flooring throughout the home in the first 45 days of construction.
