I purchased duplex last year in Charlotte and we have did a mix of short term/mid term rentals.

Definitely lean into the local market knowledge and opportunities you’ve got with your short-term rentals, too.

I will say this short term sacrifice can lead to major long term gains.

Short answer to your questions is if you have a properly set up LLC then all transactions (lease agreements, invoices, etc) are under the entity name.
