@Gabriel Rascon How about a slow water leak from a cracked washer valve due to over tightening during the tenants installation right when you're half way through your work shift?

Not so much on Facebook lately unless its something that will help me grow my portfolio and mindset... ive found my self not wasting any time.. because it is just that TIME... which cant be bought and is priceless... so think about where you want to spend it and apply it...its called a mindset Shift...

Because the I75 corridor is getting built out and the growth will shift in the next decade to the Alliance area where there is still plenty of land.

I will in 20 yrs though when they’re all paid off by my tenants.Goal is to pick up extra shifts, keep buying/accumulating rapidly for cash flow before lifestyle creep sets in and I have to buy a mansion and a couple Teslas.

It is not about profit it is about perceived profit and that is what conservative investors seek.Personally I believe that fluctuating real estate markets makes using a property as a bank is higher risk due to market shifts wiping out your equity but others see high leverage as a higher risk.

If anyone is thinking of a Career shift we need good surveyors that know how to fill out these forms.

As soon as possible, I would find a very specific niche so that you can shift your focus on learning everything about that niche.

In these instances, it's important to remind ourselves that the market is shifting daily.
