Go park and sit and watch.Call the local police and ask them about calls in the neighborhood.If you have children, check the sexual preditor's website to see if threats are in the neighborhood.

But at the same time I don't see much more risk in the drug dealer than the chronic DUI offender who commits manslaughter, or the sexual predator tenant who molests a neighbor, as aforementioned.

They may prevent discrimination based on sexual preference, or a number of other items at the local level.It makes me really nervous that you asked this on a public forum, then denied them anyway.
