Since ALE hires a company to supply furniture, install washer and dryer but ALE is not on the Lease, this particular situation seems to be a loophole for companies such as ALE to not have liability if their hires cause damage not the tenant.

I also see a lot of good deals on 2-4 unit investment rentals priced in favor of the investor.All of these seem to have a good price to cash flow ratio when it comes to even long term rentals.

Not sure though since HOAs seem to have way more power than they should IMO.

Location seems quite good close to Espianade park. 

Right now, in Madison the City seems very interested in adding apartments with infill apartment buildings going up all over, but if you are in Milwaukee am sure there is plenty there and adjoining communities to start with.  

Seems though this is a concern throughout Mexico...so is Mexico just a bad idea altogether for vacationing/investing?

But it seems like the current house prices (3+ beds, 2+ baths with a pool) doesn't seem to incur a good cash flow.
