My PM did not have the correct legal knowledge, and as a result they made bad decisions without my consent. 

It is very important to make sure you have the buyer's consent before advertising in any way.

I was completing some paperwork on a syndication and the options available were LLC, Individual, Corporation, Irrevocable trust and revocable trust.I asked the custodian what is the IRA considered and they mentioned IRS (I believe rule 401(a)) considers a solo 401k and IRA an irrevocable trust.Just thought I would share this as I was really curious.

- Get a lawyer and try to contest this with the association as this was additional work that was done without my consent?

It's actually a great property, but they insisted on a SS# and consent to a background check. 

Or is revocable the only way to go?

The tenant followed up with a text stating that under no circumstances should I bring any more people into "her house" without her consent.

I think Living Trusts are all revocable trusts.
