The plumbers took care of all the water leak and have dried the interior walls, but I now need to fix the holes in the walls and repaint the bedrooms. 

I've had quite a few dopers in rentals and none of them required extra cleaning or deodorization or repainting. 

Repainted, fixed radiator covers, replaced carpets.- Future opportunity to renovate bottom unit and replace back decks to increase rent and increase value of property.- Wrapped closing costs into the loan (Less money down!)

When you have a turnover and have to repaint do you think $92 per month will cover it.

I asked him why he thought he was able to get $30k higher than the previous comps, but he just provided general information - good staging, photos, clean up the property, and re-painting the interior.  

She explained that this wall would need to be painted and left white, though we would not be able to do it and so the property management company would charge her a substantial fee to repaint it.I should mention that I protested a bit, as the unit was scheduled to be renovated and so all of our cleaning would in the end be for naught.

Repaint; you shouldn’t have the smell anymore.

In my budget, I include roofs, HVAC, water heater, appliances, kitchen and bath remodels, exterior paint, interior full repaint, new blinds, flooring, etc.  

I heard a rumor that Baltimore City law requires a complete repaint job if a tenant moves out after living in a unit for 3 years.

Not sure of the paint color for a drywall repair, no need to repaint the whole room because we registered all the colors used with Sherwin Williams.
