I'm looking for more pieces of the puzzle. 

I have been trying to find that missing piece of the puzzle.

The original thrust of this post puzzles me for a few reasons:From a practical perspective, how did you expect people to answer your question?

That seems to me that that was a very big piece of the puzzle because it's starting to make sense nowVince

,i saw people putting exterior carpet (no pad) in "flood-able" basement . maybe check after a big convention.... they almost give it for freesince you have kids, they are some rubber/plastic tiles (resembles the kids interlocking puzzles, but better quality/thicker) in case you need some thermal isolation

I've been in contact with a few companies that are very familiar with the design and build process, of recycling shipping containers, which makes the process of putting the other puzzle pieces together much easier. 

The sellers dismissal of the contingency upon inspection seems like an incredibly important piece of the puzzle here whicvh I don't know if everyone here is seeing.

I agree, this part is a bit stressful when finding the pieces to the puzzle. 

Just figure out if it will make what you want and go for it......I see this a lot on the forums and I am puzzled by this thinking.

This type of market does exist all over the US, look for both pieces of the puzzle, don't settle for one or the other.
