Creative Real Estate Investing (Canadian Perspective)

Looking for info that would go in depth about Canadian creative real estate methods.

There is a plethora of information on methods that work in the US, but very not much info on what works in Canada. I realize some of the methods are similar to the US from what I have read. I'm looking for more pieces of the puzzle. Are there any books/articles/blogs/podcasts/websites that anyone knows of that would be helpful? Even here on BP I haven't been able to find out much details about Canadian methods of creative investing. To be more specific I would like to learn more about Agreement For Sale (subject to), Vendor Take Back Mortgages (seller financing), Lease Options, Sandwich Lease Options.

As a Realtor if I catch a deal before anyone else or if I need to create a new corp. to hold the property, I will write the offer with “John Smith and or appointee” as the purchaser, then I can assign the contract prior to closing/possession.  If I find a great opportunity it allows me to tie up the property while I find a willing investor to join me.  Also, I’ve found most real estate lawyers are a good source for information and documentation for things like seller financing or VTB etc
