I have no experience with this but have taken advantage of the rebates offered by local power companies to upgrade windows, doors, thermostat, add insulation, etc. always a good way to add value and get some money back.

We don't need him more 2 days a week, but he is available when needed and that counts.I am also automating my properties with video monitoring, smart thermostats and water leak sensors but that is a different aspect of automation that we have recently started.
