I had the privilege of knowing  three beautiful women whos' executive, 6 figure income, husbands that past unexpectedly, got into fix and flip luxury homes priced above $1 mil..

The land was irrigated and had horse privileges but the cool thing was it was in town and it sold within two weeks.

She was on a waiting list to be allowed to rent the unit and had been on the list for years but because of an "old boys club" of board members who kept voting themselves back into power they kept allowing select people to have the privilege of renting their units even though they were sitting vacant.

this is a leader to get you to repond then its the old credit card scam.. they help you apply for a bunch of credit cards you could get on your own and they charge you 3,500 for the privilege .What they try to get you into is credit cards that have the teaser first year rate then it goes to normal rates. this for someone who can stroke a check can easily be gotten with out these folks. and if you don't have 50k in  your bank account your taking a huge risk of piling up CC debt and then be totally fubared if your deal does not work or does not work on time..

Just treating minorities fairly in the business we do every day can have a huge impact, one family at a time.Being able to understand and be aware of our own privilege, whether it's gender, race, sexual identity, socio-economic status or whatever and make sure we're treating those who are not as privileged as equals can go a long way.

If they don't agree with paying for the privilege of changing the previously agreed-upon terms of their lease, then you can decide if it's worth it to stand firm on your current lease agreement or not.       

., Room A (or however you want to distinguish the different rooms) and also be sure to spell out what other house privileges the tenants will have (sharing the kitchen, parking, etc.)
