I'm currently looking into plots that are located close to Big Bend National Park in Texas.

I see a lot of people with experience in mobile home park investing on here, and hoping someone wants to give their $0.02.I am in Austin, TX, and like many other places seeing explosive growth and prices driven sky high, 50-100k over asking for SF homes etc.

I have a 3 flat in Lincoln Park, Chicago, IL that I am planning to list for sale in the next 3-6 months.Currently owner occupied in 1 unit (Duplex up, 3 bed 3 bath).The other 2 units (2 bed 1 bath each) are rented.I am wondering if it is more attractive to buyers to leave the 3 bed 3 bath unit vacant when I move out, or should I place a tenant in there and then list for sale?

Purchase price: $92,500 Sale price: $270,000 This West Philly home was located in the Carroll Park neighborhood of 19131 and was a great site at just under 1500 sqft.

Last time I did this I need a 20' wide road with street parking on both sides, sidewalks, curbs, etc.

I personally like Kissimmee because it can be very lucrative but it can be a difficult market - you'd have to knock the design and amenities out of the park, because if you don't, there are thousands of rentals that do and you'll fall to the wayside.

I'd suspect you can come up with a small, medium, large price to get you in the ball park.

Considering an all cash purchase to "park and profit," but open to debt.
