You might have to keep on calling around or bite the bullet and talk to a commercial real estate broker. 

I was a Reconnaissance Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton while moving into REI.

I am active duty military from OKC and just recently got stationed back here.  

Before I go further I'd like to ask that this discussion thread be strictly for uplifting and to help raise a generation of financially aware airmen, corpsman, sailors, and soldiers.My favorite stories I've heard on the BiggerPockets podcasts are when military members take advantage of each time they get stationed to a new part of the world and decide to invest there in those communities.
