Turnkey investing has been around for over 15 years but it's only in the last 3 to 5 years that it's picked up steam in terms of popularity (or recognition).

@Mindy Jensen,I would got to a big lots/dollar store and buy a couple of power toothbrushes. or get a good round brush into a longer bolt into your drill and have a go. or attach a stiff brush to a multitool/vibrating sander (i know you have at least one of those in your collection :-P )before bleach, first try peroxide + baking soda (or any oxy type of booster) + hot wateryou could try steam cleaning (not sure of effects of steam on porous travertine)source: whole tiled basement with former dirty owners and dogs. i didn't have travertine so i used some vinegar for boost. pretty clean after 3 moping-sessions.

It seems that fabrics are very easy to get stains and my cleaning crew had to use fabric cleaners, scotch pad and steam cleaners to remove the stains.

I'm trying to figure out if steam cleaning would do it, or if the ozone machine is the way to go.This is a studio apartment in a highrise building.

And regarding the floor, you could look into getting it steam cleaned.

If you are looking for a good organic fertilizer there is nothing better than cow manure that has been steamed to kill the weed seeds.

Painter, have them apply Kilz  original  oil based, then paint the house, and have the floors profshionally steam cleaned.
