You either have to go down to the couthouse to pull them manually if your county isn't online, Pay someone to go down to the courthouse for you, or pay a company that does the same thing.The only company I've seen do this on a national level is USProbateLeads.com (Disclaimer: I've never used them personally but find their prices rather expensive.)Hope that helps!

Most investors (myself included) typically purchase properties needing work but they are priced accordingly.If you have any chance at seller financing they are going to have to like the price which means you probably can't negotiate too far and the market is telling us that it is priced too high.With your credit, down payment, and experience level I don't think you will have much luck getting anyone to stick their neck out for you....
