New project- Albany Park
Hello all,
Picking up a single family near Montrose and Pulaski. We are purchasing it for $210k and putting in an estimated $160k into this home. Finished product will 3 levels of living space. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a finished lower level. I know we can get in the low $400's right now for a finished product, but can we get $499k in the Spring of 2017. A few homes South of Montrose did close for $505k.
