That's what I would do, and currently am doing, to have enough income from real estate to buy back my time when I'm ready.To each their own.

It’s the same thing except it’s done in the name of the IRA and all the money comes out of the IRA and returns go back into the IRA.

@Tayvion Payton   -  my guess is that you are still too far off the price, at least in the interim but it is always good to put in an offer, because they may come back to you down the road.
